Two different acquisitions for the Zanutta Group
Two different acquisitions for Zanutta, one of the leaders in the marketing of building materials: the company has in fact announced the acquisition of Meg-Edilizia and IdroStile.

Meg-Edilizia, active since 1960, operates in the marketing and distribution of building materials for companies and individuals with three warehouses that reach an area of 15,000 square meters.
It deals with building articles and equipment, tools, hardware items, plasterboard, paints, accident prevention articles, products for building restoration, garden and urban furniture, bituminous sheaths, floors and wall coverings, polycarbonate sheets, pellet stoves, fencing nets and accessories, home furnishings, barbecues, building ceramics, compressors, laminates, stone slabs, industrial interior flooring, scaffolding, paints, glass blocks.
This operation represents a further step forward in the growth strategy of Zanutta S.p.A., consolidating its presence in Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto.
With the integration of Meg-Edilizia, the company based in Muzzana del Turgnano reaches a network of over 50 points of sale distributed throughout the territory of Northern Italy.
“We are enthusiastic about this new stage of our journey. The acquisition of Meg-Edilizia allows us to strengthen our range of products and services in an area that is particularly dear to us,” declare Vincenzo and Gianluca Zanutta, owners and managing directors of Zanutta S.p.A. “We are confident that this synergy will bring benefits to both our customers and our employees.”
All Meg-Edilizia employees, about twenty, will become part of the large Zanutta S.p.A. family, bringing with them a valuable wealth of skills and experience.
IdroStile S.R.L. is one of the leading operators in Milan in the field of hydro-thermo-sanitary equipment, with offices in Milan and Cesano Boscone, serving customers throughout the Lombard capital area. Fabio Felici, who will remain at the helm of the Company as Administrator until the definitive merger into Zanutta Spa, commented: “The acquisition by a very solid and dynamic group in our sector represents a point of arrival for our journey but also a starting point for a further phase of growth of the Company which we are confident can lead us to new commercial goals”.
Vincenzo Zanutta, President of the group, said: “The IdroStile transaction has a particular strategic value for our group insofar as it allows us to consolidate our growth trajectory by arriving to preside over an important hub of the national territory. The relevance of this acquisition is crucial as it allows us to consolidate sales in the plumbing sector in a territory where we are already present with a dedicated branch, the former Socomas, and ten other locations where we deal with construction, drywall systems and home finishes”.
Who is Zanutta Group? A leading company in the marketing of building materials and home furnishing products.
