Made Group: 4 new additions to the network
The Made Group’s 2025 has started very promisingly, with the addition of 4 new building materials retailers to the network.
Sicily is still the main player, with three retailers: in just a couple of years, 26 new players have chosen to grow with the Made network, confirming a truly amazing development.
In addition, a sales point in Tuscany, in the province of Grosseto, has also joined the Made Group.
Here are the new entries in detail:
MONACHELLA DI GELA (CL)
The Monachella di Gela (CL) store is a company that offers products and systems in the building, hardware, plumbing and steel sectors. It has been operating for thirty years and is a precise point of reference for building professionals in the area. Giuseppe Incardona, the sales point manager, explained the reasons for joining the Made Group with the desire to expand his market, introducing new product sectors such as the finishing showroom and the reorganization of the hardware sector, a commercial, technical and exhibition management support that Gruppo Made makes available to its members through a tailor-made service, carefully evaluated in its design also on the basis of the local offer.
ED.CA.MA. OF RANDAZZO (CT)
Ed.Ca.Ma, based in Randazzo (CT), has been a company specializing in the production of concrete products for over forty years, to which the production of sand and gravel from crushed lava stone and the packaging of concrete for construction were added between the late seventies and mid-eighties. In 2010, the decision was made to diversify the offer to respond more specifically to the demands of its customers by expanding the business to include retail and wholesale of building materials. Bricks, plasters, plumbing and carpentry materials, laminated wood for roof construction, electrical equipment, joists, safety devices, accident prevention material and carpentry equipment are some of the products that can be found at the Ed.Ca.Ma store. A center for all professionals in the building world to whom, during the year, several training moments are reserved in collaboration with partner companies. According to Alfredo Castaniotto, owner of the sales point, one of the reasons for choosing to join the Made Group is that being part of a sales-oriented group makes the company more competitive.
DARIO MIANO OF ROCCALUMERA (ME)
Dario Miano of Trans Edile of Roccalumera (ME) took over this building materials retailer 14 years ago, a store that has been historic, present for several decades in the area. It is a shop that in addition to building materials of the most significant brands offers a wide assortment of electrical material and ITS, as well as a showroom for finishes. The choice to join the Made Group is for Dario Miano a logical consequence of the development of the building distribution market. The right thing to do, in essence, also to benefit from the services, especially managerial training, useful to grow further.
FERROEDILIZIA OF GROSSETO
Ferroedilizia Srl of Grosseto is a company that has been active for over 60 years, specializing in steel for construction, iron and aluminum. It has a center for the transformation of round steel, a very well-stocked professional hardware store, produces products for construction sites and carpentry and is Iso 9001 certified. Ferroedilizia is strongly linked to the territory and to make a complete offer available to its customers, which therefore also includes building products, has chosen to join the Made Group. As Michele Pagliarin wanted to emphasize, Ferroedilizia wants to enter the building distribution sector in the right way and Gruppo Made is the most suitable network to take this step.
Who is Made Group? The Made consortium brings together almost three hundred independent building retailers under a single brand throughout the national territory. For some years, many retailers have created a space within the store dedicated to hardware products.
