Important news and key changes from Bricocenter

Experiencing a very dynamic period, Bricocenter has opened two stores and announced a new CEO.

Over the past few months, Bricocenter has opened two of the four stores acquired last October through the transfer of a business branch from the Bricofer group. The first store opened in Alba on February 27th, followed by the store in Vercelli which opened on March 13th.

After an intense employee training project and significant preparation work, the new stores present themselves to their customers completely renovated.

Both Piedmontese stores offer the widest range of Bricocenter products for home and garden maintenance, repair and renovation.

These new openings mark the resumption of Bricocenter’s network development, bringing the number of direct stores to 50, in addition to the 12 franchised stores, and confirm the business choices linked to its proximity positioning, with stores located in the neighborhoods of large cities, in medium-sized cities, or in small towns.

A NEW CEO

Adriano Ciarletti is the new CEO of Bricocenter.

In recent days, the Adeo brand announced the important new appointment for Ciarletti, who thus takes over the role from Frédéric Capdeville, CEO of Bricocenter since 2018.

For Adriano Ciarletti, this is a prestigious new step in his international career in the retail world: after his experiences at Auchan France and Carrefour Brazil, he joined Bricocenter in 2022 as Omnicommerce Leader and, since 2023, he has also held the position of Global e-commerce director of Adeo.

Bricocenter, a long-standing Italian brand, is Adeo’s city-based format in Italy. Its stores are smaller than Leroy Merlin and Tecnomat but more centrally located. Currently, Bricocenter has 50 direct stores and 12 franchised stores.
