On March 24th, Genghini Ferramenta Utensileria, located at Via Don Domenico Masi 10/12 in Morciano Di Romagna (RN), joined Fdt Group as a new member.

Ferramenta Genghini Utensileria was founded in 1967 as a retailer of hardware and paints. Over the years, numerous technological and organizational innovations have taken place, culminating in the move to the new headquarters in 1998, which contributed to a fundamental turning point for this business, orienting its choices also towards the industrial sector.

Today it is a company that, in addition to dealing with typical hardware and DIY items such as paints, gardening supplies, workwear and footwear, and biomass generators, focuses on the sale, distribution and assistance of industrial tools, power tools and machine tools, with a warehouse of approximately 2,500 square meters. The goal is to always propose new solutions, products from prestigious brands and a fast and efficient service.

“For some time, the company had been considering evolving in terms of assortment and self-service ranges,” stated Genghini Ferramenta Utensileria, “as well as entering a more modern and efficient logic, trying to meet market demand, which is very complex and difficult to achieve alone.We therefore made the choice to join the Fdt Group consortium, which has been supporting its members for almost thirty years. A choice not easy but necessary to start a process of total revision of the self-service area. Our company today has many growth opportunities and we have decided to entrust the current 900 square meters of indoor space plus the outdoor free-sale area to the Fdt Group consortium, which will guide us in assortment choices and sales strategies”.
